No.1 - With 127 candidates, Miss World 2013 in Bali, Indonesia is the most participated international beauty pageant in history and the eventual winner is Miss Philippines Megan Lynne Young. This victory eventually made the Philippines as the very first country to win all the grandslam titles and the TOP 5 major contested international pageants of the world.
No.2 - Miss Bea Santiago won the 5th Miss International crown for the Philippines and eventually making the Philippines as the very first country in the world to win 3 major international beauty pageants in a single year after Mutya Datul for Supranational 2013 and Miss Megan Lynne Young for Miss World 2013.
No.3 - Miss Mutya Datul became the first Miss Supranational winner not only from the Philippines but also from Asia after winning the title in Minsk,Belarus.
No.4 - Miss Angeli Dione Gomez gave the back-to-back win for the Philippines after winning the Miss Tourism International 2013-2014 title in Malaysia that was previously won by another Filipina Miss Rizzini Gomez as Miss Tourism International 2012-2013. With 60 candidates vying for the title, that was the biggest number for the said pageant.
No.5 - Lastly with Miss Marisse Mendoza's victory as the crowned Miss Campus World 2013 in Malaysia, Philippines has garnered 5 international crowns in 2013 : 3 from the major and 2 from the minor pageants.
